Dr Glenn Bryan leads the Potato Genetics and Breeding group at the James Hutton Institute in Dundee and was a participant in both the potato and tomato genome sequencing projects. He teams up with World Kitchen in Leith, for a unique event that will present both an illustrated talk tracing the potato’s roots from Peru to its contemporary use in frozen chips and beyond. Includes a mouth-watering cookery demonstration and tasting.
