    Booking Tickets

    Tickets can been booked via this website and found within the Programme page and by selecting the 'book now' option.

    • Advance booking is advised to avoid disappointment
    • Upon booking an email confirmation will be sent to you. Please bring this confirmation with you
    • Online tickets will be taken off sale 2 hours before each event
    • A limited number of tickets are available to be booked in person at the Scottish Parliament
    • Unallocated tickets may be available on the day of the event and will be available from the Festival Desk and Festival Café Bar

    Times

    • The start time and finish time for each event can be found in the Programme webpage and within each of the relevant event page
    • Please arrive at the Scottish Parliament for all events at least 30 minutes beforehand to allow time for security clearance

    Pricing

    • The full ticket price is indicated under each event description within our Programme page. The concession ticket price is also indicated Programme page
    • Concessions are available to children aged 5 to 16, people aged 60 and over, students, unemployed people, and disabled people
    • A carer accompanying a disabled person is admitted free of charge
    • Your ticket gives you access to the Festival Café bar and can be redeemed for one complimentary drink

    • We may webcast or broadcast Festival of Politics events. This may include footage of the audience or other members of the public. There may also be still or video photography taking place in and around the Scottish Parliament building

    How to Find Us

    • All Festival of Politics events take place at the Scottish Parliament unless indicated in the programme. We advise visitors to use public transport to access the Scottish Parliament where possible. Details of local buses and other public transport can be obtained from Traveline: 0871 200 22 33 www.traveline.org.uk
    • We are a 15-minute walk from Edinburgh Waverley train station. The nearest car parks are St John's Hill, Dynamic Earth (both of Holyrood Road) or adjacent to Waverley Station, via New Street. Coach parking is available at Regent Road
