Young People's Day

An exciting and enjoyable day that brings young people from all over Scotland together in their Parliament to explain and explore the issues that are important to them. Invited groups of young people will start their day by meeting up in a 'marketplace' to create a picture of what they think matters and what they want their MSPs to know about them. In the afternoon, the young people will take over the floor of the Debating Chamber in a session where they will question and contest their hot topics. Youth groups and organisations from around Scotland have been invited to take part in the full day. Tickets are available for anyone who would like to observe the debate from the Public Gallery in the Debating Chamber.
