Scotch whisky is more than a drink; it carves out Scotland's identity in almost 200 countries. Made only in Scotland for 500 years, it is seen as a literary and cultural icon heralded around the globe. The Scotch Whisky Association; a leading whisky maker; and an MSP panellist will consider Scotch whisky's economic and cultural contribution. They will ask whether it can be a pioneer for other Scottish products, and discuss how this key employer and contributor to the economy is integral for Scotland's heritage and future.
